I created the idea of One Positive event while I was working with a sales team a number of years ago. I gave the idea to my team to focus on the positive events that happen in people's life. It is a good reflection tool and can help review all of the positive times that do happen in a challenging and difficult world.

Family
I was able to spend tonight with family that was in town from Colorado. It is great spending time with them and although we do not see them often we feel closer to them than we do to family that is right down the street.
Since 1999, I have been in the financial services field. I have worked as a senior manager and led teams as small as 4 to as large as 80. I love leading people and learning how the human mind works. My passion is to lead people to become better than they think they can be. Success for me is seeing someone achieve something they did not think they could based off of the knowledge and training I have given them.
